My fascination with wellness and chiropractic care started back in my youth as a national-level junior track and field athlete. Seeing firsthand how the body could heal and perform after injury is what sparked my passion for chiropractic care.

Today, I enjoy working with people at every stage of life, helping them find balance and well-being. I take a holistic approach to care, always looking at the bigger picture, because every effect has a cause and every cause has a solution. While I favour a hands-on and firm approach, I also use gentle techniques and emotional-based therapies when needed.

My Approach to Care

Your nervous system is like your body’s master guide. When muscles and joints get tight or restricted, communication breaks down, and your body can’t perform or heal as it should.

When the muscles and joints of your spine become tight or restricted, this communication can be affected. That means your brain and body may not be working together as well as they could, which can influence how you feel day to day and how well your body is able to heal.

Understanding Your Body's Load

In my approach to care, I like to look a little deeper into the why. Your "why" is shaped by all the different stresses your body faces: physical, chemical, and emotional. Just like water filling a bucket, when too much stress builds up, the bucket can overflow. This can leave your nervous system in a state of overwhelm, which often shows up as pain, tension, or changes in how you move and recover.

My goal is to help your body manage that load, restore balance, and support you in feeling your best. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d love to meet you.
